Your Oregon Coast Retreat, Built to Last

A vacation home should feel like an escape the moment you arrive—and stay that way for decades.
Vacation home building means creating a retreat that welcomes you perfectly every time you arrive—whether that’s weekly or seasonally. At Ocean Breeze Homes, we understand vacation homes face unique challenges: sitting empty through coastal winters, accommodating guests, and requiring minimal maintenance between visits. We’ve been building vacation homes on Oregon’s coast for 30 years.
The Challenge
You Want a Retreat, Not a Burden
A vacation home should be an escape, not another thing to maintain.
You've dreamed about a place on the Oregon coast for years. A retreat where you can escape the routine and enjoy the scenery. But you're worried about building something that will become a constant maintenance headache. You don't live nearby to keep an eye on things. You need a builder who understands vacation home realities—not someone who'll build you a primary residence that happens to be your second home.

Our Approach
Vacation Home Construction Starts With Your Lifestyle
We design around how you'll actually use your retreat.
Before floor plans, we learn about your vacation style. Weekend getaways or month-long stays? Just the two of you or the whole extended family? Rental income potential? Your answers shape every decision. Many of our vacation home clients don't live locally—they're building their Oregon coast retreat from Portland, California, or beyond. We've refined our process to keep you informed and confident throughout the build, even when you can't be on-site weekly. Regular photo updates, video walkthroughs, and clear milestone reporting keep you connected.
